WTM Chirwa and Associates Limited is a company that provides consulting engineering services. It took over the operations of the firm named WTM Chirwa & Associates on 1 July 2019. WTM Chirwa & Associates was established in June 1989. Thus, the new company has inherited a well-known brand in the consulting engineering business.

For exactly thirty years, from 1989 to 2019, the firm has survived bad times and good times. It has rendered services to both Government and the Private sector. Projects undertaken included public buildings, multi-storey offices, banks, schools, colleges, hospitals, factories and sanitation systems. Some of the prestigious projects undertaken include Parliament Buildings in Lilongwe, Head Office for Malawi Energy Regulatory Authority in Lilongwe and Malawi Burea of Standards laboratory and office complex at Chichiri in Blantyre.
